Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. You don't change numbers: you forward your calls to Aamy with a code from your phone, and customers keep calling the same number as always.
Can Aamy answer only when I don't pick up?
Yes. You can forward only the calls you don't answer or when you're busy. You keep answering what you can and Aamy takes the rest.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Enter your business website, Aamy learns your services, hours and FAQs, you review everything and make your test call.
What languages does she speak?
Any. Aamy answers in whatever language each customer speaks (English, Spanish, Portuguese and many more) and switches languages on her own.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
We let you know at 80% and 100%. When you reach the limit, Aamy stops answering calls until your next month starts, you buy extra minutes (100 for $15 or 300 for $39) or you upgrade. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages don't use minutes.
Does she also answer WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook?
Yes, on the Chat, Pro and Business plans (Starter is calls only). She uses the same business information as on calls, so she answers the same everywhere.
How do I connect my WhatsApp? Do I lose my number?
You don't lose your number. You connect it yourself from your portal in about 5 minutes: log in with Facebook and confirm on your phone. Your number needs to be on the WhatsApp Business app (not regular WhatsApp) and in use for at least 7 days. Meta creates the WhatsApp Business Platform account (WABA) in the same process, in your business's name. You keep using WhatsApp on your phone as always, and if you reply to a conversation, Aamy steps aside.
Does WhatsApp cost anything extra?
Your plan includes 1,000 WhatsApp messages a month, which is enough for most businesses. If you need more, you buy packs from your portal: 500 messages from $9 USD ($155 MXN in Mexico), depending on your plan. For those extra messages, Meta also charges its fee directly to your business: $0.0034 USD per message in the US and Canada, or $0.1565 MXN in Mexico. If you reach the limit and don't buy more, Aamy stops replying on WhatsApp until your next cycle. Instagram and Facebook also include 1,000 messages a month and have no Meta fee.
Which calendars can she book into?
Google Calendar, Square Appointments and Calendly (Chat, Pro and Business plans). If you prefer, Aamy can also text your booking link.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, anytime: there are no contracts. From My plan in your portal you can update your card or cancel. If you cancel, Aamy stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
